Wayne Redding - President

A Business Administration graduate of Baylor University, Wayne directs his management focus on corporate development and expansion initiatives. Wayne has over 25 years of "hands-on" restoration and construction working experience with SRT.

Other responsibilities include general project management of all field operations, facility expansion programs and overall coordination with the management team, of all operating divisions of the Company.

Wayne is actively involved with Texas Association of Community Schools (TACS) to better prepare school districts as well as communities on emergency strategies and crisis management.

Stuart Redding - Executive Vice President

A Texas A&M graduate with a degree in Business Management, Stuart's area of responsibility is business development, customer retention activities and insurance company liaison.

Stuart, a Texas licensed insurance adjuster of 15 years with a recognized National Insurance company, provides the insight and expertise of the property and casualty insurance industry. As a member of Specialty's management team, Stuart directs the design, development and implementation of the company's Sales and Marketing strategies.

Brian Ford - Senior Vice President of Operations

Brian received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, majoring in Business Administration.

With ten years of experience in the Construction and Restoration industry, Brian's management responsibility is the daily operations of Specialty's field operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and Central Texas. He is certified in Structural Estimatics from Insurance Technical Training Institute.

Brian participates in the daily review of project estimates, restoration procedures and construction techniques.

Brent Russell - Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Brent joined our management team at Specialty Restoration in March 2010. He has extensive knowledge in the restoration industry and held positions in management at several large reputable Restoration Companies, doing business with homeowners all the way to CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies.

Brent’s knowledge in the restoration industry which included positions in operations, sales and marketing helped him complete jobs all over the world. Brent serves as an expert in customer care, disaster planning, giving on-site strategic and tactical direction for major catastrophic projects such as hurricanes, storm, and large commercial projects.
